Faced with prom blues? Confused as to how to have your make-up, hair or what clutch to carry? Well, I am here to sprinkle some prom inspiration before exams start.
Other than the dress, hair and make-up is extremely important. With a good head of hair and a ice slab of make-up, you can go from poor Michelle to Beyonce - Before, I go any further, I am a massive fan of Michelle and think she is amazing, this is just an example (who doesn't want to be Beyonce anyway?!).
If you are a "hair up" type of girl, the updo may be for you. Not only is the updo a great idea and super cute if the right accessories are used but it also emphasises your facial features and if your eye make-up is at the top of its game, well you're definitely taking that crown home.
Although, if your plan is to go all willow on the dance floor and whip your hair back and fourth then having your hair down, with a few curls maybe for you. Quick Tip; If your dress happens to be a halter neck then your hair should either be up or slicked back.
Being an all new vintage fan, there is nothing like a good old bee-hive or some victory rolls. This is a must if you've gone for a Great Gatsby type of dress!! (which would be amazing considering what the norm is)
*pour it up medley* braid it up braid it up braid it all up girl..I don't even think this needs me to say anything...
